Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset languages: Chinese
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns and present bills to customers, accepting payment in various forms
• The candidates should be able to describe menu items, including daily specials, and advise on menu selections for customers
• The candidates should be able to balance cash and record sales, clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, answer questions regarding food and beverages, serve food and beverages, take orders, and relay them to kitchen and bar staff while providing customer service
