Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Location: 1455 Ellis St #104, Kelowna, BC V1Y 2A3, Canada
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Morning

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas and provide basic information to clients and the public
• The candidates should be able to operate a switchboard or telephone system and record and relay information
• The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments and send invoices
• The candidates should be able to receive and issue payments and answer telephones and relay telephone calls and messages
• The candidates should be able to calculate billing charges, perform data entry, and provide customer service
