Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to keep records of the quantities of food used, portion and wrap foods, and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
• The candidates should be able to serve customers at counters or buffet tables, stock refrigerators and salad bars, and use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
• The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
