Food service supervisor Full-time Job

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 year to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods

Candidate Status:

• • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules and estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• The candidates should be able to supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• The candidates should be able to train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• The candidates should be able to hire food service staff, ensure food service and quality control and prepare a budget and cost estimates
• The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage and  prepare and submit reports
• The candidates should be able to prepare food order summaries for the chef, supervise and check the assembly of trays and establish work schedules
