Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years 
Security and safety: Bondable

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and be able to work in dusty, noisy, and hot environments
• The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be willing to perform repetitive tasks
• The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads and prepared for physically demanding work
• The candidates should possess manual dexterity and be willing to work overtime when required
• The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure and have good hand-eye coordination
• The candidates should be comfortable with sitting for extended periods

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should prioritize client focus and be reliable
• The candidates should be team players and hardworking

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials, mix, pour, and spread materials, and assist heavy equipment operators
• The candidates should be able to assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction, drilling, and blasting rock on construction sites, and framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
• The candidates should be able to level earth to fine grade specifications, pave and rake asphalt, and assist in demolishing buildings
• The candidates should be able to clean and pile salvaged materials, clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
• The candidates should be able to read and interpret blueprints, perform routine maintenance work, and clean and lubricate cranes
• The candidates should be able to operate gantry cranes to load and unload ship cargo at port side, operate cranes equipped with dredging attachments to dredge waterways and other areas, and operate bridge or overhead cranes to lift, move, and place plant machinery and materials
• The candidates should be able to assemble tower cranes on site
