Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate or a diploma
Experience: Candidates need an experience of 7 months to 1 year
Computer and Technology Knowledge: Multi-line switchboard, Word processing software, Central reservation system (CRS), Spreadsheet, Internet

 

Location: Oyen, AB and Kindersley, SK
Shifts: To be determined
Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort, Rural area

 

Physical Requirements:

• The candidate should be able to pay attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment
• The candidate should be able to stand for extended periods and work under pressure

Responsibilities:

• The candidate should be able to register arriving guests and assign rooms also take, cancel and change room reservations
• The candidate should be able to provide information on hotel facilities and services also provide general information about points of interest in the area
• The candidate should be able to investigate and resolve complaints and claims also process guests’ departures, calculate charges and receive payments
• The candidate should be able to balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms also follow emergency and safety procedures
• The candidate should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages also assist clients/guests with special needs
• The candidate should be able to handle wake-up calls also provide customer service
