Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate client focus and be organized

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to register arriving guests and assign rooms, process group arrivals and departures, and take, cancel, and change room reservations

  • The candidates should be able to follow emergency and safety procedures, handle wake-up calls, and provide customer service
