Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met, keep records of the quantities of food used to manage inventory effectively, and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items following established recipes and procedures
• The candidates should be able to stock refrigerators and salad bars with fresh ingredients and supplies, use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs accurately and safely, and clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment regularly to maintain hygiene standards
• The candidates should be able to handle and store cleaning products safely and appropriately, remove kitchen garbage and trash, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and tidy kitchen environment, and wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit according to established procedures and standards
