Responsibilities:

• The candidate should be able to purchase general and specialized equipment, materials or business services and also develop specifications for equipment, materials and supplies to be purchased
• The candidate should be able to assess requirements of establishment, award contracts or recommend contract awards, establish delivery schedules and also monitor progress of delivery schedules
• The candidate should be able to invite tenders, consult with suppliers, review quotations, determine contract terms and conditions and also contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems
