Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, operate a switchboard or telephone system, and schedule and confirm appointments
• The candidates should be able to send invoices, perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, and answer the telephone, relay telephone calls, and messages
• The candidates should be able to calculate billing charges
