Room attendant Full-time Job

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Location: Mile 462, Alaska Hwy, Muncho Lake, BC V0C 1Z0, Canada
Shifts: Day, Early Morning, Morning
Transportation information: Public transportation is available
Work setting: Room and board provided, remote location, and hotel, motel, resort

 

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and handle repetitive tasks
• The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads, be physically fit for demanding tasks, and have attention to detail
• The candidates should be able to perform bending, crouching, and kneeling tasks, and stand for extended periods

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should have a focus on clients, demonstrate dependability, and possess efficient interpersonal skills
• The candidates should demonstrate flexibility, show initiative, and be reliable
• The candidates should be team players and uphold values and ethics

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
• The candidates should be able to make beds, change sheets, and distribute clean towels and toiletries
• The candidates should be able to stock the linen closet and clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
• The candidates should be able to handle and report lost and found items, and attend to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items
• The candidates should be able to provide basic information on facilities and pick up debris and empty trash containers
• The candidates should be able to wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and clean changing rooms and showers
• The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns
