Requirements:

Work setting: Food service establishment and Restaurant
Supervision: 5-10 people, Food service counter attendants and food preparers and Kitchen and food service helpers
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in noisy environments and tolerate various odors in the workplace
- The candidates should be comfortable working in hot and fast-paced environments and able to work efficiently under pressure
- The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines and adapt to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods as required and capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling when necessary
- The candidates should be comfortable with walking as part of their duties and physically capable of handling demanding tasks

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- The candidates should be able to train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures and estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- The candidates should be able to ensure food service and quality control and address customers’ complaints or concerns
- The candidates should be able to maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage and prepare and submit reports
- The candidates should be able to prepare food order summaries for the chef and have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres
- The candidates should be able to supervise and check the assembly of trays and the delivery of food trolleys
