We are looking for a skilled Asphalt Laydown Technician to join our road construction team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operation of asphalt pavers, rollers, and other related equipment.
- Assist to ensure the proper placement and compaction of asphalt.
- Inspecting the paved surface for smoothness, levelness, and adherence to project specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Ideally experience in asphalt laydown or related field.
- Proficiency in operating asphalt pavers, rollers, and other related equipment.
- Understanding of asphalt materials and their properties.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
