Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Area of work experience: Paint spraying

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing tasks and responsibilities
• The candidates should be physically capable of meeting the demands of a physically demanding role and be comfortable with activities such as bending, crouching, and kneeling as part of their job requirements
• The candidates should exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of their work and be able to stand for extended periods as necessary for the role

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to demonstrate professionalism in customer service and clean and maintain the workspace
• The candidates should be able to file, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired, mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting
• The candidates should be able to hammer out dents, buckles, and defects using blocks and hammers, and apply primers and repaint surfaces
• The candidates should be able to mix paint, blend, and match colors
