Requirements:

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be non-smoking and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. They should be capable of working under pressure and performing repetitive tasks
• The candidates should be able to handle physically demanding tasks, with strong attention to detail. They should be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling, and manage a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
• The candidates should be available for overtime as required and comfortable with sitting for extended periods. They should also be able to stand and walk for extended periods as part of their duties
• The candidates should be proficient in weight handling, with the ability to handle weights up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should exhibit punctuality and be client-focused. They should also be dependable and have efficient interpersonal skills
• The candidates should possess excellent oral communication skills and demonstrate initiative

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, and make beds and change sheets
• The candidates should be able to distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock the linen closet, clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and disinfect operating rooms and other areas
• The candidates should be able to clean and disinfect elevators, handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items, and provide basic information on facilities
• The candidates should be able to pick up debris and empty trash containers, launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
• The candidates should be able to shop for food and household supplies, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
