Camera Coordinator Full-time Job

The Camera Coordinator is responsible for monitoring Driver cameras to ensure prompt review of all captured LYTX videos and properly action each occurrence to uphold driver safety standards.

 

How You’ll Help

 

• Monitor videos on LYTX platform to ensure accuracy and proper labelling.
• Weekly Report- DD/CC - Add to Camera Action Log
• Work SharePoint daily (or platform when transitioned) 
• Overdue for Downloads Report- Add to Camera Action Log
• Update LYTX and Inventory spreadsheet with all new installs, removals, Changed Ownership
• LYTX –add city drivers to vehicle tab (follow up with contact to retrieve all applicable info required)
• Send out terminated notices to DSS/Supervisors for camera retrievals.
• LYTX- Maintenance of Cameras, diagnose, tickets with LYTX, replacement orders, supply orders for parts.
• Send out new cameras and supplies to DSS as required (reconcile on spreadsheet) 
• Review live feeds to confirm camera alignment.
• Delete saved videos from LYTX- weekly.
• Maintain users list in LYTX- add new users, change access when required.
• Support LYTX users with navigation on how to view live feed if required.

 

Your Skills & Experience: 

• Comfortable calling drivers to coach weekly
• Knowledge of Microsoft excel and outlook.
• Monitor overdue for coaching and update Driver Safety Specialist team. 
• Weekly inventory reconciliation
• Monthly audit of units without cameras
• Monthly follow up of Spare cameras
