Requirements:

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and adaptable to wet or damp conditions

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to operate cleaning machines efficiently, ensuring proper maintenance and safe usage, and clean soot and creosote from chimneys and fireplaces, following established safety procedures
• The candidates should be able to clean ducts, vents, and filters of furnaces, contributing to the efficient functioning of heating systems, and clean building exteriors, tanks, chimneys, and industrial equipment, adhering to industry standards and regulations
• The candidates should be able to clean the interior and exterior of motor vehicles, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, and vacuum floors using appropriate equipment and techniques for effective cleaning
• The candidates should be able to wax and polish floors, enhancing the appearance and durability of various surfaces, and shampoo upholstery, using suitable methods and products to remove stains and dirt
• The candidates should be able to provide customer service, addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning service
