Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? -We’d Love To Work With You If You Have:

 

  • 3 years of experience in financial planning and investment sales. 
  • You’re a mutual funds certified professional. You have current accreditation and good standing for MFDA licensing requirements (Investments Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course). 
  • You have successfully completed a Personal Financial Planning (PFP®) designation and/or a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation. 
  • Proven networking, client acquisition and interpersonal skills; experience building and maintaining Centres of Influence (COIs) 
  • You’re goal oriented and entrepreneurial. You can work independently as a self-motivated entrepreneur with minimal supervision and as part of a larger team.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for transporting material to and from customer sites and other local locations.
  • Obtain necessary shipping documentation related to the assigned route.
  • Load items and orders into truck while adhering to a sometimes tight to delivery schedule.
  • Coordinating and processing outgoing product
  • Preparing and loading material in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines and customer commitments
  • Preparing pertinent documentation for shipment of goods
  • Liaising with freight companies and inside/outside customers to determine shipping priorities

  • Clean driver’s abstract is required. (No traffic tickets, no points, and no “at-fault” accidents within the last 3 years)
  • Basic computer skills. Knowledge of the AS400 system or High Jump (a warehouse management system) would be an asset
  • Knowledge of industry products is an asset
  • Dependable and reliable. Ability to take ownership and initiative.
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communications skills
  • High level of commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Requires a self-motivated team player capable of managing multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
  • WHMIS and TDG certification would be an asset
