Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to prepare production and other reports for effective decision-making, summarizing key metrics and activities
• The candidates should be able to supervise workers and projects, ensuring efficient task completion according to established standards, and co-ordinate and schedule activities to optimize workflow and resource allocation
• The candidates should be able to recruit, hire, and carry out related staffing actions, building and maintaining a qualified team, and train or arrange for training to develop the workforce’s skills and knowledge

• The candidates should be able to estimate costs and materials accurately for budgeting and resource planning, and set up equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety standards
• The candidates should be able to recommend personnel actions, such as promotions or disciplinary measures, to maintain a productive work environment, and establish methods to meet work schedules by implementing efficient processes for project timelines
• The candidates should be able to read blueprints and drawings, interpreting technical specifications for project execution, requisition materials and supplies, ensuring a steady inventory, and resolve work problems proactively to improve productivity
