Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems and install, repair, and maintain domestic, commercial, or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems
• The candidates should be able to instruct apprentices, locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors, and cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings
• The candidates should be able to join pipes using various methods, schedule personnel, tools, and equipment, and test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
• The candidates should be able to determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing, supervise other workers, estimate costs and materials, and measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size
