Coke Canada Bottling Sales Development Managers (SDM) are our Field Sales Representatives tasked with identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities with a wide range of customers, including Convenience & Gas stores, Restaurants & Bars, and other Food Service / On Premise establishments. The SDM's primary goal is to drive profitable sales by deeply understanding the diverse channels and Coke Canada's beverage portfolio.

Additionally, the Field Sales Rep will play a pivotal role in expanding the customer base and driving business growth within their designated territory.

Responsibilities

• Successfully sell customer promotional plans, incremental displays and equipment placements that include annual Customer Marketing Agreements and align with the customer's and the Coke Canada Bottling system’s business objectives and strategies
• Prospect for new business within assigned territory
• Evaluate outlet opportunities for new and existing small store customers
• Develop a customized business plan addressing the critical needs of the customer(s) 
• Proactively arrange time and territory to achieve optimum face-to-face selling opportunities
• Manage orders and inventoryto ensure that revenue and profit goals are achieved and merchandising standards are maintained at each store
• Work collaboratively with the merchandising Supervisors and order replenishment team to ensure that revenue and profit goals are achieved, and that appropriate inventory levels and merchandising standards are maintained at each store 
• Ensures a high level of customer service and resolves issues promptly 
• Sell in promotional programs and ensure dealer compliance 
• Execute channel and customer promotions/programs that leverage national brand strategies
• Be able to lift, carry and position product (weight up to 50lbs or 22kgs) above shoulder height without assistance

Qualifications

• 1-3 years selling in consumer goods industry required
• Minimum of 1 years in consumer products/direct store delivery sales/major account management  
• Strong analytical, organizational, planning, verbal and written communications skills are a must 
• Proficient using a variety of computer programs 
• Valid driver's license and driving record free from any violations for the past 3 years 
• Post secondary education is preferred

The Administration Coordinator provides administrative support to the Distribution Center Manager with support focused on the operations team and office management.They provide support including: preparation of operational and financial reports on a daily/weekly basis, Accounts Payables and Receivables through use of SAP, data entry and PowerPoint presentation creation. The Administration Coordinator also assists with the general financial and operating analytics and activities of the organization.This includes organizing meetings, sales reporting and organizing and distributing mail. This role is responsible to check messages from phone line and respond to inquiries from employees, visitors, vendors and the general public. Experience supporting Senior Management and Leadership team would be beneficial 

Responsibilities

• Track and manage the repair expenses of the distribution center and the warehouse
• Create suppliers’ profile and manage Purchase Orders in SAP
• Manage and follow up on invoice with suppliers
• Create administrative reports – suppliers and customers
• Manage and monitor the maintenance and repairs for the fleet department
• Responsible to process unionized employee’s payroll
• Welcome and coordinate the administrative steps of all new unionized employees
• Collaborate on the health and safety committee and in various projects updates
• Perform tasks related to administrative support for managers

Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years demonstrated experience in an office admin/executive assistant role;
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating projects;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) applications;
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service;
• Bilingual (French/English) required
• SAP knowledge consider an asset.

The role of General Labourer performs Warehouse duties: including the physical handling of products, materials, supplies, and equipment. Utilizing an electric/manual pallet jack, customer orders are picked based on information provided by the handheld scanner. Upon completion of the pallet/order, it is ensured that it is properly wrapped, labeled, and prepared for shipment.

In the role of General Labourer performs Warehouse duties including: the physical handling of products, materials, supplies, and equipment. Utilizing an electric/manual pallet jack, customer orders are picked based on information provided by the handheld scanner. Upon completion of the pallet/order, it is ensured that it is properly wrapped, labeled, and prepared for shipment.

Rate: $20.84

Shifts: Monday - Friday: Afternnons from 2pm-10pm & Evenings 10pm-6am, or Weekends from 6am -2pm.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for building accurate, quality product orders, and ensuring they are secure for transport before being loaded into the truck for delivery to Coke Canada Bottling customers.
• Where applicable, utilize voice picking software to build orders at or above company standards for productivity and accuracy.
• Capable of operating industrial powered equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Responsible for meeting daily productivity requirements.
• Move product and/or materials manually as required.
• Responsible for staging completed pallets in designated shipping areas.
• Consistently bending, kneeling, climbing and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Preferred.
• Prior warehouse/production/equipment service experience.
• Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift product.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Coke Canada Bottling Forklift Operators are responsible for moving product or materials in a production or warehouse environment using power tools and vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial vehicles and equipment
• Transport raw materials, full goods and/or finished goods to designated area
• Responsible for building accurate, quality product orders and ensuring they are secure for transport before being loaded into the truck for delivery to Coke Canada Bottling customers
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
• Move product and/or materials manually as required

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of one year prior warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred
• Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment a plus
• Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift product
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Forklift certification is required

• Minimum of one (1) year in consumer products/direct store delivery sales/major account management
• Strong analytical, organizational, planning, verbal and written communications skills are a must
• Proficient using a variety of computer programs
• Valid driver's license and driving record free from any major violations for the past three (3) years
• Must have access to a personal vehicle for use during working hours
• Post-secondary education is preferred
