• The candidate will be responsible for scheduling assignments and coordinating the activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be able to supervise 5 to 10 people.
• The candidate should be client focused.
• The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• The candidate should be organized and flexible in nature.
• The candidate should be reliable.
• The candidate should be a good team player.

Work setting

• The candidate must work in a freight forwarding company.
• The candidate should work in the transportation department, which requires a strong work ethic, careful planning, and the ability to work in high-volume environments.

Experience and specialization

Computer and technology knowledge

• The candidate must be familiar with Dispatch management service software, Monitoring and tracking software, Word processing software, Database software, Electronic mail, Spreadsheets, the Internet, and MS Windows.
• The candidate will be responsible for operating GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigational equipment.

• The candidate must have the ability to work independently.
• The candidate should have an eye for details.
• The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced busy environment.
• The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks on frequent basis.
• The candidate must finished the work with in the given time line.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
