Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• The candidate should be able to receive and register documents for data entry accurately and efficiently
• The candidate should be able to enter data into computer systems according to specified formats with attention to detail and accuracy
• The candidate should be able to transfer data between different software applications as required for processing and analysis
• The candidate should be able to store, update, and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and security
• The candidate should be able to classify, label, and store diskettes/disks and tapes of data appropriately for easy retrieval
• The candidate should be able to create digital records using a scanner, ensuring clarity and accuracy of scanned documents
• The candidate should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations related to data entry and management
• The candidate should be able to transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents accurately and efficiently
