Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Transportation/travel experience: Local, Regional

 

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be physically demanding
• The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
• The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines

Other Requirements:

• The candidate should be accurate, client focus, organized, flexible, and reliable
• The candidates should have excellent oral communication, and efficient interpersonal skills

Candidate Status:

• Canadian citizen and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.
• International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to operate and drive automobiles, vans and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products
• The candidates should be able to professionalism in customer service, receive and relay information to central dispatch
• The candidates should be able to assemble, install and set-up merchandise/products, prepare, package and restock goods
• The candidates should be able to load and unload goods, use maps and other trip planning aids
• The candidates should be able to record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs and any problems, pay and receive payments for goods
• The candidates should be able to perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle, keep a record of items received and delivered
• The candidates should be able to follow directions and read map, deliver newspapers, flyers to residences and businesses
