Electrician Full-time Job

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Location: Surrey, BC
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning
Work setting: Various locations

• The candidates should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment, showcasing the ability to thrive and maintain efficiency in dynamic work settings
• The candidates should possess a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in task execution and deliverables

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be organized, demonstrating the ability to structure and manage tasks efficiently
• The candidates should be team players, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to install underground wiring and cables
• The candidates should be able to install, replace, and repair electrical controls and panel boxes
• The candidates should be able to splice, join, and connect wires
• The candidates should be able to test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults, and integrity of circuits
• The candidates should be able to troubleshoot and isolate faults
• The candidates should be able to install surface mount and/or overhead cables
• The candidates should be able to renovate electrical systems in residential and commercial structures
• The candidates should be able to read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
