Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates need experience of 3 years to less than 5 years
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in a flexible environment and also have accuracy
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to waterproof, damp proof and restore surfaces, repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures, estimate costs and materials and also read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
- The candidate should be able to check formwork, granular base and steel reinforcement materials and direct placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade, fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement, operate power vibrators to compact concrete and also level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification
- The candidate should be able to impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools and also instruct apprentices
- The candidate should be able to install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills and other fixtures and also apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces
