Food service supervisor Full-time Job

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates should have standard educational qualification such as Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience: The candidate should have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning

Responsibilities:

The candidate should establish methods to meet work schedules, supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, estimate and order ingredients and supplies, ensure food service and quality control.

• The candidate should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, prepare and submit reports, supervise and check assembly of trays.
