Requirements:

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors as part of their responsibilities and be able to work in dusty environments
- The candidates should be capable of working in cold or refrigerated conditions, be adept at working in multi-cultural communities, and be able to work in noisy conditions
- The candidates should be capable of working in hot conditions and be adept at handling repetitive tasks efficiently and possess manual dexterity to perform tasks efficiently
- The candidates should be physically fit for tasks that involve handling heavy loads and are physically demanding, willing to work overtime as required
- The candidates should be capable of working efficiently under pressure, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and have good hand-eye coordination

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials and assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
- The candidates should be able to erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades, and level earth to fine grade specifications
- The candidates should be able to mix, pour, and spread materials, pave and rake asphalt, and assist in demolishing buildings
- The candidates should be able to clean and pile salvaged materials, clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
- The candidates should be able to tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, direct traffic at or near construction sites, and perform routine maintenance work
- The candidates should be able to assist skilled tradespersons
