Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Location: Stouffville, ON
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be adept at handling repetitive tasks
• The candidates should be capable of managing heavy loads efficiently
• The candidates should be physically fit and able to handle demanding tasks
• The candidates should be willing to work overtime as required
• The candidates should be skilled at working under pressure
• The candidates should be capable of lifting more than 45 kg (100 lbs) comfortably

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be flexibility and hardworking
• The candidates should be team players, fostering collaboration and effective communication

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials and mix, pour, and spread materials
• The candidates should be able to assist heavy equipment operators and assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
• The candidates should be able to assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs and clean and pile salvaged materials
• The candidates should be able to perform routine maintenance work and clean and lubricate cranes
• The candidates should be able to perform pre-operational inspection, and calculate crane capacities and weight to prepare for rigging and hoisting
