Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, and collect and screen applicants
• The candidates should be able to review candidate inventories, recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions, and coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
• The candidates should be able to notify applicants of results of the selection process, prepare job offers, and determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training
• The candidates should be able to supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties
