Employment Requirements:
– Completion of secondary school
– Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks, OR completion of a cooking or food safety program from a college or other institution, OR multiple years of commercial cooking experience
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook delectable meals to meet Caledon Country Club’s culinary standards
– Contribute to buffet preparations for events and dining experiences
– Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
– Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences
– Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
Qualifications:
– Experience in a culinary role is preferred
– Thorough knowledge of culinary techniques
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
– Attention to detail and a passion for creating exquisite dishes
– Possession of Food Handler Certification is advantageous
