Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Transportation information: Public transportation is available
Work setting: Willing to relocate

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be comfortable working in noisy environments
• The candidates should be prepared for repetitive tasks, capable of handling heavy loads, and ready for physically demanding work
• The candidates should demonstrate manual dexterity, possess attention to detail, and exhibit effective hand-eye coordination

• The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, able to stand for extended periods, and be accustomed to a fast-paced environment
• The candidates should be willing to work overtime as required, have the ability to distinguish between colors, and be able to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to assist machine operators or assemblers and transport material and tools to and from work areas
• The candidates should be able to adjust calender rollers for a production line change, weigh resins, colorants, and other chemicals according to formulae, and unload mixture into a container or conveyor for further processing
• The candidates should be able to place weighed materials in mixing machines, operate mixing machines to blend plastic and other chemicals to a specific consistency and viscosity, and follow formulation cards to mix resin batches for the injection molding process
• The candidates should be able to change dies on extruding machines according to a production line change, assist in the operation, repair, and maintenance, and monitor and inspect the quality of material produced
• The candidates should be able to trim and sand plastic or fiberglass parts, prepare and change molds, adjust equipment for a production line change, organize and maintain inventory, and set up and operate calender machines to transform plastic bales or slabs into continuous sheets or films of specified thickness
