Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment and capable of working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines
• The candidates should have experience in handling heavy loads and performing physically demanding tasks while possessing a keen attention to detail
• The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and be able to stand for extended periods as part of their job
• The candidates should be flexible with bending, crouching, and kneeling, and willing to work overtime as required, including the ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

• The candidates should have a strong emphasis on client focus and possess efficient interpersonal skills
• The candidates should exhibit excellent oral communication abilities and demonstrate excellent written communication skills

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to bag, box, or parcel purchases for customers, for shipment or delivery, and carry customer’s purchases to the parking lot, packing orders in customers’ vehicles
• The candidates should be able to obtain articles for customers from the shelf or stockroom, and direct customers to the location of articles sought
• The candidates should be able to unpack products received by the store, count, weigh, or sort items, order stock, and record incoming stock
• The candidates should be able to stock shelves and display areas, keep stock clean and in order, and price items using a stamp or stickers according to the price list
• The candidates should be able to perform general cleaning duties (i.e., sweeping, mopping floors), operate a cash register, handle order picking, and provide customer service
