Responsibilities:

• • The candidates should be able to prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, including special meals for patients as instructed
  • The candidates should be able to accommodate customers with food allergies or intolerances and inspect kitchens and food service areas for compliance

• The candidates should maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, as well as clean the kitchen and work areas
