Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, capable of working under pressure, and able to meet tight deadlines
• The candidates should possess manual dexterity, demonstrate attention to detail, and be comfortable with bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
• The candidates should be adept at handling heavy loads, willing to work overtime when required, and physically fit for demanding tasks
• The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks, have the ability to distinguish between colors, and be comfortable with sitting or switching between sitting, standing, and walking as needed

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately during transactions and conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce platforms securely and efficiently
• The candidates should be able to teach interest or professional development courses effectively, catering to the needs of the learners, and provide advice about merchandise based on customer needs and preferences
• The candidates should be able to operate computerized inventory record-keeping and re-ordering systems proficiently to manage stock levels, assist in the display of merchandise to enhance visual appeal and promote sales
• The candidates should be able to estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates accurately, greet customers warmly, and discuss the type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease
• The candidates should be able to maintain sales records for inventory control purposes, ensuring accuracy and completeness, prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease, ensuring it is in optimal condition, and prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts accurately and accept various forms of payment, including cash, cheque, credit card, or automatic debit
