- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and present bills to customers, accepting payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques, or room billings
- The candidates should be able to describe menu items, including daily specials, clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- The candidates should be able to serve food and beverages, take orders, relay them to kitchen and bar staff, and provide customer service
