Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Equipment and machinery experience: Chemical cleaning equipment, Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers, Waxing machine, Conventional oven, Grill, Deep fryer
Cleaning experience: Industrial equipment, Ventilation system/ducts, Boilers/tanks
Area of specialization: Kitchen
Credentials: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate

Location: 611 Alexander Street suite 118, Vancouver, BC V6A 1E1

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker
• The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
• The candidates should be able to stand, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods

Other Requirements:

• The candidate should be dependable, flexible, and reliable

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to operate cleaning machines
• The candidates should be able to vacuum floors
• The candidates should be able to wax and polish floors
• The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
• The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
• The candidates should be able to clean kitchen and work areas
• The candidates should be able to clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
