We are leaders when it comes to commercial junk removal. Our focus is clear: serve as many clients as we can while recycling as much material from the landfill. Flexibility for our team is key, so with that in mind, we have our teams on a rotating schedule of 4 days on and 3 days off cycling between Monday-Saturday. Sundays are rest days for everyone!
Description of Duties:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients
- Understand what materials can be recycled and follow the appropriate disposal procedures
- Safely load material (items can weigh more than 50 pounds)
- Process and collect payment transactions; pay for goods
- Create a positive environment for co-workers
- Offer feedback to improve current systems
Skills & Requirements
- Ability to withstand the physical demand of the position (i.e. heavy lifting)
- BC Drivers License (Class 5 preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English language)
- Basic math skills
- Experience working as part of a team
