Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., and determine and establish office procedures and routines

• The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer the telephone, relay calls, and messages
• The candidates should be able to answer electronic inquiries, compile data and statistics, order office supplies, and maintain inventory
• The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries, make reservations, open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail, coordinate the flow of information, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
