Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Flexible Hours, Morning
Work setting: Apartment/condominium complex, Office building, Industrial facility or establishment, Commercial building, Private residence, and School or educational institution/establishment

 

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should excel in a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing tasks and responsibilities, and be capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• The candidates should be able to handle repetitive tasks with precision and consistency, and be prepared for physically demanding tasks, including handling heavy loads
• The candidates should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of their work, be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling as necessary for the job, and adapt to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday
• The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods as required by the job duties

Candidate Status:

• Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
• International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
• The candidates should be able to make beds and change sheets, clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and clean and disinfect elevators
• The candidates should be able to handle and report lost and found items, provide basic information on facilities, and pick up debris and empty trash containers
• The candidates should be able to wash windows, walls, and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
