Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or GED
Experience: Candidates should have 1+ years’ experience in the relevant field

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to respond to work orders for a wide variety of in-store equipment, including minor repairs of HVAC, refrigeration, hot beverage equipment (coffee and cappuccino), cold beverage equipment (tea, fountain, FBD, FCB, and creamer machine), fountain/backroom ice makers, hot food equipment (fryers, griddles, tortilla presses, ovens, roller grills, and warmers), and fuel dispensers (printers, displays, card readers, and hanging hardware), and among others
- The candidates should be able to respond to work orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues and be responsible for the maintenance and/or repair of a variety of physical plant and specialized equipment in an assigned group of 7-Eleven/Stripes stores within a geographic area
- The candidates should be able to handle service calls initiated from the store via 7Help work orders to the appropriate technician and be responsible for replacing ‘plug and play’ equipment as needed
- The candidates should be able to report to the Area Facilities Manager and perform all duties and responsibilities of a Tech 1, with at least 50% proficiency in Tech II duties and responsibilities
