Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Keystrokes per hour: 10,001 – 12,000 sph

  • The candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining productivity and efficiency, and be able to work effectively under pressure, managing tasks and priorities to meet tight deadlines

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to receive and register documents for data entry, enter data according to specified format, and transfer data between software
  • The candidates should be able to verify accuracy and completeness of data, store, update, and maintain databases, and perform backup procedures
  • The candidates should be able to perform general office duties, classify, label, and store diskettes/disks and tapes of data, and create digital records using a scanner
  • The candidates should be able to transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents, and answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
