Keep accurate and current client information using Finning’s Sales Support software.

Provide the best solutions, including marketing all products.

Address customer product concerns and warranty issues.

Forecast new equipment sales and achieve budget revenue targets.

Represent the company ethically and professionally.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 3+ years of experience with products and services related to the General Construction industry.

Previous sales and industry experience is a plus.

Strong understanding of support systems, credit, and financing.

Commitment to safety procedures.

Resolve customer product concerns and account disputes.
-
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with customer relationship management tools.

Proven track record of customer coverage in a large geographic area.

Proficient in MS Office.
