Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, adept at handling heavy loads, and willing to work overtime when required
- The candidates should be physically fit to handle demanding tasks, able to perform repetitive tasks efficiently, and comfortable standing for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and capable of lifting weights up to 9 kg (20 lbs), 13.5 kg (30 lbs), and 23 kg (50 lbs) as necessary

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas, set tables, carry and replace linen, clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, load buspans and trays, and place dishes in the storage area
- The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units, operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, scour pots and pans, keep records of the quantities of food used, package take-out food, portion and wrap foods, prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, serve customers at counters or buffet tables, stock refrigerators and salad bars, take customers’ orders, and use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
- The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize the kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, handle and store cleaning products, receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, remove kitchen garbage and trash, sharpen kitchen knives, sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, and wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
