As a participant in the Manufacturing Rotational Program working in Fraser Valley, Canada you will be part of the Integrated Supply Chain Team.  This role is a 12-month rotational program through the 5 departments within the brewery you are located in. You will spend two months in each department learning at a high level the different areas of how they operate while working on project-based items that help in that learning process. You will end the rotation with a cap stone project designed to apply the learnings gained during the program and drive measurable change against a real-world problem statement.
