The Level 3 – Maintenance Fully Skilled (CofQ) position, under general supervision, will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair services of facility systems such as mechanical, electrical, and building systems. In addition, duties may increase in scope as skill set becomes more developed; primary emphasis is the performance of a variety of maintenance tasks rather than a high degree of skill in any particular trade.

The Electrician position, under limited direction, installs, maintains, test, troubleshoots and repairs industrial electrical equipment and associated electrical and electronic controls. Primarily accountable for interpreting architectural drawings and electrical code specifications and form and test electrical circuits to ensure health and safety regulations. The Preventative Maintenance Coordinator will act as the primary liaison person between maintenance and operations, while developing, coordinating, and monitoring preventative maintenance programs for the facility. The Level 4 – Maintenance Multi Skilled is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing a variety of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems within an industrial environment.

Responsibility

·         Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues of the production equipment to minimize downtime.

The Gauge Technician position, under general supervision, is responsible for calibrating, testing, setting up, and repairing various controls, instruments, and gauges measuring all types of variables (these may include dimensional, magnetism, NDT, mechanical properties, metallurgical, or weight). In addition, may disassemble instruments and examine various components for problems and repair gauges or send for applicable repairs.

Calibrate company and employee gauges, inspection equipment.

Order gauges and equipment as needed and work with Quality Engineers to develop Gauge Plan on new programs.
