RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform access control provision duties, verify visitors coming on-site and parking enforcement. Dispatch duties via radio communication accepting all radio calls.
- Issue parking tickets through the City of Mississauga for individuals parked illegally at the client's airport location.
- Respond to parking operation complaints and emergency situations.

- Investigate incidents of trespassers along fence perimeters and property. Deter trespassers from the property.
- Follow security breach procedures by notifying supervisors or other appropriate personnel when security breaches occur.
- Monitor CCTV footage and cameras for irregularities and perform dispatch duties for the site including emergency response.
- Perform foot and mobile patrols inside and outside the facility.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Ontario Security License
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Certificate or be willing to obtain.
- Thorough understanding of security protocols and procedures including emergency response.
- Previous experience with parking enforcement at the airport is a strong asset.
- G Class Drivers Licence is required. G1 and G2 are not acceptable.

- Completes and submits the SAR to the screening supervisor at the end of their shift or as directed by the screening supervisor.
- Conducts screening of all personnel entering or exiting a secure production area.
- Ensure compliance with all required screening procedures and policies.
- Identifies prohibited items and prevents them from being introduced or removed from a secure production area.

- Perform function checks on walk through metal detector (WTMD) and handheld metal detector (HHMD) at the beginning of each shift.

Shift timings: All Shifts including Days, Afternoons, Nights and Weekends are 12 hours. No 8 hour shifts available.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to alarms, security violations/breaches, property damage and trespassers at various sites across the city including banks, technology centres and cemeteries.
- Perform safety checks and maintenance of company vehicles.
- Log all arrivals and departures and other data promptly.
- Respond to vagrants and de-escalate as much as possible, deter trespassers away from the client site.
- Patrol assigned areas when required in marked vehicles.
- Respond to all emergencies and ensure they are resolved promptly.
