We are hiring for a Temporary Full-Time (10 month term) Administrative Assistant in Winnipeg, MB.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the timely and accurate distribution ofbillings, commission statements as well as BEN Reports to clients and consultants. The successful candidate will be responsible for downloading, formatting and distributing various reports, handling the Department Inboxes and providing administrative support to leaders and the entire Payment Administration Department.
What you will do

Sort, package and distribute various billings and reports in a timely manner

Download and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel

Assist with all Group Client arrears

Handle daily inquiries from Clients, Group Sales office and other Canada Life departments
