BUSINESS ANALYST Full-time Job

We are currently looking for one (1) Business Analyst and Digital Transformation to participate in carrying out work in systems development and support for the governance of information resources for one of our clients in the Government of Quebec.

Activities to be carried out: a) understand and identify the need as well as the client's business objectives:
b) identify requirements with stakeholders
c) coordinate and manage stakeholder participation
d) analyze underlying problems and causes underlying
e) document findings and issues
f) analyze and prioritize requirements
g) define the change management strategy
h) define the envisaged solutions
i) collaborate in the design and description of the business solution
j) evaluate the solution: performance measurement and evaluation of limits
k) evaluate the costs and benefits of the solution
l) analyze the risks
m) contribute to the design and development of efficient digital solutions
n) produce the deliverables under your responsibility
o) write deliverables for managers and project leaders
p) advise managers and project teams on digital transformation
q) lead meetings and present the results
r) ensure compliance with the scope of the project and the orientations of the project 'organization.

Deliverables:

a) business analysis documentation (business needs, questionnaire, interview, PowerPoint presentation, comparative analysis of solutions, process diagram)
b) documentation required in the CAG's standardized information resources project authorization process, among others, the opportunity file, business file, benefit materialization plan, harm analysis, PowerPoint presentation and dissertation
c) workshop and meeting minutes
d) presentations and executive reports, providing an overview of all the proposals and results.

Minimum requirements

1) Hold an undergraduate university degree (BAC) in the field of information technology or administration
2) Have practical experience of at least five (5) years in business analysis
3) Have used in five (5) mandates the body of knowledge in Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) or other internationally recognized practice in business analysis over the last five (5) years
4) Have completed three (3) writing mandates an opportunity file and/or business file over the last five (5) years
5) Having worked as a business analyst in two (2) mandates in which his contribution represents at least 100 days /person per mandate over the last five (5) years.

• Salary: $45-$55 per hour - to be negotiated (competitive remuneration)
