The Warehouse Coordinator contributes to the success of PepsiCo Beverages Canada by providing general administrative support for the Delta, British Columbia Location

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and maintain records
• Manage paperwork
• Answer incoming calls in a professional and pleasant manner
• Complete export and transport paperwork and bills of lading
• Support inventory process
• Support supervisory staff by performing general administrative support work such as running reports, copying, filing, faxing, etc.
• Maintain and order office supplies
• Other duties as assigned by the Product Availability Manager

The  New Grad Maintenance Supervisor position will assist in the management of the day to day workload for the maintenance team to ensure an effective and efficient service is delivered and departmental targets are achieved.  The Maintenance Operations SCL is responsible for a team of planners and schedulers to ensure that the sites Planned Preventative and Predictive Maintenance agenda and maintenance shutdown are completed and provide leadership and coaching to the team.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Responsible for a team of maintenance planners, schedulers and storeroom to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met for department
• Manage maintenance projects and periodic shutdowns
• Ensure scheduled planned preventative and predictive maintenance are completed to standard to minimized unplanned downtime
• Analysis of equipment/downtime issues to identify root cause and development of corrective actions
• Apply specific technical skills as required to support issues quickly to minimize downtime
• Train and provide technical expertise to the team and broader organization members where appropriate
• Manage contractors on site to ensure they meet PepsiCo safety requirements
• Conduct benchmarking studies to determine maintenance best practices

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing plant equipment.
• Repair equipment and facilities and perform breakdown analysis.
• Install and upgrade production lines with new equipment and technology.
• Participate in safety and quality initiatives on site.

Qualifications

• Certified Journeyman Millwright (Alberta or Red Seal). Asset to have electrical or power engineering/steam ticket as well.
• Minimum one year of experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• Experience with predictive maintenance, instrumentation, and PLC's are an asset

Physical demands and working conditions:

• Must be able to lift/carry 45-60 lbs. constantly for 8-12 hours a day.
• Must be able to push/pull up to 80 lbs. frequently.
• Must be able to perform constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping.
• Completing Safety, Quality/Food Safety training and adhering to the Safety and Food Safety policies that is required for your area.

• Merchandising Pepsi products into store shelving,racks, coolers and displays using manual or powered equipment. 
• Supporting execution of store promotions by ensuring all shelves are filled and promotional materials are maximized.
